What type of church are you?
We are an independent, Biblical church not associated with any denomination, but doctrinally we are a Baptist church.

How should I dress to a service?
There is not a dress code at Oak Mound. Our ministry leaders and many of our church family dress in more traditional “Sunday” dress; however, our main goal is that you would feel welcome and comfortable on your visit.

We use conservative Christian music for all of our services. We use hymns for all services.

Yes, we provide free transportation to those in our area, and we would love to give you a ride to church! Call 304-893-2101 for a ride.

What do you offer for my kids?
We love children at Oak Mound! We offer nursery for all of your little tikes, Patch the Pirate club for our Jr. Church service each week, age appropriate Sunday School classes, jr. camp, and many more events throughout the year.

Our Sunday morning service typically is an hour and a half.

No, as much as we appreciate our visitor's willingness to give, the ministry is suppported by the people in our church.
