Pastor Steve DeLay was born and raised in the great state of West Virginia, and he has been the pastor of Oak Mound since 2018. Pastor Steve asked Jesus to be his personal Savior early in life, and eventually the Lord led him to attend Temple Baptist Seminary in Chattanooga, Tennessee where he earned a Master of Divinity Degree. Pastor Steve has been in full-time pastoral ministry for over 25 years, and he loves being a pastor. It won't take you long to learn that Pastor Steve loves to preach the Bible and care for people.
